Flights from the US:

From the U.S. there is a weekly non-stop flight from Washington, DC to Banjul on Ghana Airways. A one-stop flight by Air Afrique exists from New York, but it is plagued by financial and scheduling problems delaying flights sometimes for days. The more reliable and more expensive route is Delta/Sabena through Brussels. Alternatively, try flying via London/Manchester in the UK.

There are daily flights here from Dakar, Senegal on Air Senegal and regular flights from Abidjan, Ivory Coast and Conakry, Guinea on Ghana Airways and Air Afrique.
